Labor Strategy is a company created with 20 plus years of management experience in the time and attendance/payroll/HR arena. Our focus is very simple; take care of the customer and take care of our employees. We have created an environment where employees are empowered and rewarded to do the right thing for the customer. Our goal with every new customer is to create a partnership that will transcend the normal vendor relationship.

When we initially started Labor Strategy, we wanted to select an application that had tremendous functionality and flexibility and this lead us to InfoTronics.  InfoTronics has been in the market for over 25 years and has over 15,000 customers. The key difference is this product can be implemented in less time than traditional time and attendance solutions.

Labor Strategy's end result is a robust labor tracking application with a quicker implementation that is less expensive with the highest customer satisfaction.
