Web-hosted Time Tracking Service Attendance on Demand Selected by Piedmont Triad Airport Authority

(Greensboro NC) September 8 2008: Attendance on Demand, Inc. web-hosted employee time and attendance service has been selected by North Carolina-based Piedmont Triad Airport Authority to monitor and track employee time and attendance from any computer with Internet access. Attendance on Demand distributor Labor Strategy of Greensboro, North Carolina manages the installation.
With Employee Self Service features, airport staff enter hours worked; access their schedule, benefit, and archived time card information; and request time off over a highly secure internet connection.

Notes Kelly Hillard, Piedmont Triad Airport Authority Director of Human Resources, “Attendance on Demand lets us reduce the administrative burden of preparing payroll. Plus, we are moving toward our goal of a paperless employee leave process. This has provided us with an overall reduction of cost to the business.”

Over 120 police, rescue/firefighting, maintenance, custodial, parking, communications and administrative staff access the time tracking system directly over the web via PCs located throughout the campus. Employees easily access up-to-date time and attendance, benefit, and schedule information. Attendance on Demand is available on a subscription basis — speeding implementation, minimizing the expenses and risks.
