Attendance Enterprise implements corporate rules for granting and using vacation, sick time and other benefits. Benefits can be scheduled ahead of time (such as pre-approved vacation time), with balances monitored and limits enforced.

The Benefit Accruals module automates the calculation and accrual of employee leave benefits, based on rules that can be tailored to company policy—without administrator intervention. It has the option to accrue hours or dollars automatically as an employee meets specific eligibility criteria.  Multiple accrual levels separate employees to allow rule variances for specific groups of employees - such as probationary or part time. Benefit Accruals employs the most comprehensive setup to meet today's complex accrual policies.
